First Time Certifying:
  • Centene Learning Center Registration 
  • Select First Time User if this is your first time contracting and complete the certifications. If you are returning user, the option to log in will show on the left. Your username is your NPN. If you receive the error code invalid username, this means your background check is still pending and you should try back in a few days.
Recertifying:
  • Brokers are required to complete all 2025 annual certification requirements by September 30, 2024 to be able to market and sell 2025 Wellcare products.
  • Failure to complete 2025 annual certification requirements will result in the inability to:
    • Market or sell any Wellcare products
    • Receive commission for any prior business, including renewals
    • Access CustomPoint to order sales materials (access is granted 72 hours after completing certification)
  • The above applies to both 2024 and 2025 plan years.
  • All annual certification requirements must be completed by September 30, 2024 to be able to market and sell Wellcare products and avoid suspension on October 1, 2024.
  • If you have recently completed the above certification requirements, please allow 48 hours for our systems to update.
  • As part of the 2025 Annual Certification Requirements, brokers/agencies who are currently contracted with Wellcare are required to compelte the 2025 Contract Recertification workflow within Centene Workbench.
  • Completing a 2025 Contract Recertification case:
    • Access by logging into your Centene Workbench portal via the Single Sign-On portal
    • Select My Certification Cases.
    • You will be prompted to (1) verify Demographic, Payment Information, and Selling States and (2) sign the 2025 TPME Agreement and W9.
    • Reminder: (1) Wellcare no longer distributes commissions via paper check. You are required to provide ACH information during the Payment step. If invalid banking information is entered, your payments will be held. (2) Licensed Only Agents and Dual Assignment Agents will not be prompted to update payment information.
