What’s New in 2026

Last week an email was sent from donotreply@evolvenxt.com letting you know the Evolve Certification for plan year 2026 is now live!

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience, we’ve transitioned from Miramar-Agent.com to our new certification portal, Evolve. This platform offers a more streamlined and user-friendly process for completing your annual certification.

Key Deadlines & Requirements
RTS Deadline: 10/1/25
All agents must be Ready to Sell (RTS) by October 1
to be eligible to sell for AEP 2026 to be compliant.

Agent Certification Requirement:
You must complete your certification before distributing
any materials or engaging in sales activity.

Retroactive Commissions:
CHRISTUS Health Plan does not issue retroactive commissions.
Commissions begin accruing the month after certification is completed.
To avoid missed payments, complete your
certification before 10/01/2025.

Next Steps for Agents

Check your email:
You should have received a unique certification link that will take you directly to the Evolve portal to complete your certification. If you have not received it or cannot find this link, please reach out to your FMO or Broker Support.

Marketplace Training Reminder (HIX only):
Complete Marketplace FFM training at least one week before launching the CHRISTUS HIX Certification program to avoid pending status.
